What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Afterpay (AU & NZ).

Help! I’ve received an incorrect item – what should I do?

If you’ve received an incorrect order, simply contact us using the contact page so we can help you out ASAP.

You’ll need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods and include proof of purchase (order number, photos, and a description of what you ordered vs. what was received).

We’ll arrange a replacement for you immediately, subject to the received product being in its original condition.

What happens if the product I receive has a defect?

While we take the utmost care to ensure that every product is defect-free, there are occasions when products may become damaged in transit.

If you’ve received a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How can I find my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification via email which contains a link to your tracking details.

You can also find your order information on the Order Tracking age on our website.

Still having issues with finding your tracking information? Don’t stress – simply submit a message on our contact page and we’ll provide you with your tracking details.

When will I receive my order?

Do you have a return policy?

We sure do! We’re happy to provide a refund for any product that doesn’t meet your expectations, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please NOTE to be eligible, all items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, minus shipping costs, and subject to applicable return shipping charges.

Please note that personalized, perishable, and non-returnable items are excluded from this policy.

We aim to process refunds promptly, but processing times may vary based on payment methods and financial institutions.

Does Patog have a physical store I can visit?

Although we’d love to have a real-life store for you to visit, for now, we only sell our paw-some products online.

However, it’s quick and easy to order through our website – and we even offer free shipping for orders over 165 AUD dollars – so you can shop with ease.
